Job Description: Creative development and implementation of concept, recruitment of interns, coordination of team divisions, and execution of engaging with students and progressing their knowledge.

This was our third year coordinating DUSK Music Festival’s internship program. Through an application process our team leaders filtered through hundreds of applications and hand selected roughly 25 individuals to join our team. Working with students eager to learn the ins and outs of the music industry not only benefits them in growing their knowledge, but it allows us to expand our efforts and have loads of fun along the way. Our motto when running these internship programs is “you will take out of this experience as much as you are willing to give” and we encourage our interns to speak up and use their creativity to take risks and explore new things.
