Job Description: We’ve reinvented digital ad targeting. Instead, compiled a list of locals who impacted specific targeted demographics in the community. Manually contacted these ambassadors and formed relationships with them. Created a graphic specific posting calendar for these locals.. Manually tracked each of our ambassadors and ensured that each ambassador had proper credentials prior to the festival.

For the last couple years we have recruited specific individuals who have an influence on different demographics in the Tucson community. We then establish personal relationships with them and introduce to them a certain criteria we expect to be met. In return, we offer them incentives and a ticket to our event.
