Job Description: Provided executive level support to event directors and assisted with project management and handling correspondence. Participated in weekly meetings: generated agendas, and followed up on action items. Managed calendars, scheduled appointments, meetings, and conference calls.

While working with MissionFest we were able to increase distribution of promotional materials to media and potential corporate partners. We also found ways to develop and update media contact lists and handled special projects as assigned. We worked to create and design prospecting and customer email campaigns in order to increase revenue growth and customer loyalty.
